STONE CABIN: 720 NOK per night
WOOD CABIN: 820 NOK per night
BIG CABIN: 970 NOK per night
*All cabins have underfloor heating, a clothes drying rack and cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaner. If you need to use a washing machine (Stone and Wood Cabin) we are happy for you to use ours. The big cabin has a washing machine.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS (That are not included in the day rate). Please specify if you want these:
- BED LINEN & TOWELS – 100 NOK per person per set, (about £11, €12, USD $17). The cabins are self catering and bed linen/towels are not provided as standard. The price is per person.
- COLLECTION – from the Oppedal Express Bus is 550 NOK per trip (But not per person). To be booked in advance.
- CLEANING WHEN YOU LEAVE – You are expected to clean the cabin when you leave. We require a cleaning deposit and ask that you leave it as you find it. If you don’t want to clean you cabin when you leave, you can book end cleaning which costs 500 NOK. To also be booked in advance.
- HOT TUB – Please ask for details. To be booked in advance please.
- LAUNDRY – Wash and tumble dry 50 NOK.
ITEMS YOU CAN BORROW
- Rowing boat, 3 adult bikes, wet suits, fishing gear in summer and sledges in winter.
- Baby/infant needs – we have all manner of child things; high chair, cot, baby bath, back pack carrier, etc. Please ask.
- Hair dryer.
- Electric UK to European plug adapters (3 pin to 2 pin).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your booking is secured once you receive ‘Booking Confirmation’ email from us and we receive your deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – 1000 NOK (About £100, €100 or USD $180) and you are expected to clean the cabin when you leave.
‘CHECK IN’ IS AFTER 15:00 – on your day of arrival, this can be flexible depending on how busy we are. Please ask.
‘CHECK OUT’ IS BEFORE 10:00 – on the day of departure. This will give us time to prepare the Cabin for the next guests. Again, this is flexible depending on when the next guest is arriving. Please ask.
*The cabin price is per night regardless of the number of occupants.
CANCELLATION – If you wish to cancel or change your booking we would ask that you give as much notice as you can. We do not return booking deposits in the event of a cancellation. If you have paid the full balance and cancel no less than 12 weeks prior to the arrival date we will return the remainder to you (The amount minus the booking deposit). You must apply to your travel insurance company to recover the cost.
PAYMENT – Tell us how you want to pay, but we only accept NOK.
NOK – Bank payment in Norwegian Krone into norwegian bank account.
NOK – Paypal where you ‘send’ the rental payment in krone.
NOK – Cash in Norwegian Krone for the balance when you arrive, but not for the deposit.
BOOKING DEPOSIT – We ask for a minimum of 30% or 1300 Norwegian Krone please, if you wish to pay the full balance at the time of booking, then please do so. You can pay the balance in cash when you checkin or make another net bank transfer payment 2 weeks before you arrive.
*We are sorry but we do not take credit cards, if you wish to pay using your credit card, you can do this through your paypal account.
BANK DETAILS – I will forward the bank account details in a separate email if you wish to pay this way.
